We accept returns for refund within a period of 30 days from the day of delivery of the goods. Items must be returned in new, lightly used condition, with all tags included. Items returned to us in heavily used or other damaged conditions will not be accepted. Original order shipping charges, if applicable, are not refundable.

HOW TO RETURN A PRODUCT?

As a customer, you have the right to return your item within a period of 30 days from the day of delivery of the goods. Under these circumstances, you are responsible for the return shipping costs.

If possible please use the same box as the package was sent to you in, and make sure to tape the package thoroughly. We are not responsible for your return until it is received at our headquarters center.

Once we receive your returns, we will issue your replacement or credit immediately. Please allow 5-7 business days for the return to appear on your bank statement.
