RETURN POLICY – PLEASE READ FIRST
The following information is for orders placed directly through our website only. You must have the original purchase order confirmation, in order to initiate a return of merchandise. Returns of items or gifts ordered/purchased through other resellers and their websites or locations must be arranged through them directly.

We accept returns for refund within a period of 30 days from the day of delivery of the goods. Items must be returned in brand new, unused condition, with all tags included. Items returned to us in used or other condition will be returned back to you. Original order shipping charges, if applicable, are not refundable.
HOW TO RETURN A PRODUCT?
Contact and notify our customer service team to initiate a return.
As a customer you have the right to return your item within a period of 30 days from the day of delivery of the goods. Under these circumstances you are responsible for the return shipping costs.
If possible please use the same box as the package was sent to you in, and make sure to tape the package thoroughly. We are not responsible for your return until it is received at our headquarters center.
Once we receive your returns, we will issue your replacement or credit immediately. Please allow 4-6 days for the return to appear on your bank statement.
