RETURNS POLICY and PROCESS DISCLAIMER – PLEASE READ FIRST
The following information is for orders placed directly through the Prime Trade, Inc. website only. You must have a Prime Trade, Inc. initial purchase order confirmation, in order to request for a return of merchandise. Returns of items or gifts ordered/purchased through other Prime Trade, Inc. / BungyPump dealer websites or locations must be arranged through those dealers within their specific return policies.
Prime Trade, Inc. / BungyPump accepts returns for refund within 14 days of the original purchase date. Items must be returned in brand new, unused condition, with all hang tags and packaging intact. Items returned to us in used or other condition will be returned back to you. Original order shipping charges, if applicable, are not refundable.
HOW TO RETURN A PRODUCT?

We will e-mail you an Electronic Return Label.
All returns labels must be pre-approved by a Prime Trade, Inc. / BungyPump customer service representative. If you wish to make a return after following the above requirements, we will provide you with a UPS Return Label for a convenient no-hassle return. If you use the provided return label we deduct a flat rate of $8.00- 10.00 from your refund for orders sent from within the contiguous 48 states. Returns sent from Alaska or Hawaii will have a flat rate of $15 is deducted from your refund. Sorry, we cannot provide a return label for International returns (including Canada).
Please use the same box as the package was sent to you in, and make sure to tape the package thoroughly. We are not responsible for your return until it is received at our headquarters center.
Drop your returns package at a UPS drop-off location. Visit http://www.ups.com/dropoff/ and find a drop-off location near you.
Once we receive your returns, we will issue your replacement or credit immediately.
